What documents do I need to send money to my home country?

As long as you have your Emirates ID or identification document, along with the complete details of the beneficiary account or recipient, you can begin your money transfer. (Requirements may vary depending on the country and payment method).

What is WPS & how can I enroll my company?

Wages Protection System (WPS) is an electronic salary transfer system that allows companies / institutions to pay workers’ wages via banks as well as approved and authorized financial institutions that are allowed to provide the service. To register your company under the WPS scheme, visit any Al Jaber Exchange branch with the following documents.

Employee Registration Requirements
  • Full list of employees in a specified format (get in touch with us to know more)
  • Employees’ labor card details and copies of Emirates ID & Passport
Employer Registration Requirements
  • Trade license
  • Tenancy Contract (as per License)
  • Ministry of Labor registration number
  • Owners / Partners Emirates ID & Passport
  • Power of Attorney for authorized signatories
  • Authorize person’s Emirates ID & Passport
  • Agreement Signed by Al Jaber Exchange
