Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Frontline Executive to join our team. As a Frontline Executive, you will be the face of Al Jaber Exchange, providing exceptional customer service to clients and assisting them with their currency exchange and remittance needs. This role requires individuals who are personable, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and ascertain the purpose of their visit.
Assist customers in processing currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
Provide information to customers regarding exchange rates, fees, and services offered.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the frontline area.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security protocols.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Knowledge of foreign currencies and exchange procedures is desirable but not required.
